CO: CO 470 exit numbers

Colorado 470 now has a full set of exit numbers to change waypoint labels to:

Can confirm via StreetView at least a few of them.

However, unless this one was posted after StreetView, the 'start' @ US-6 isn't posted with an exit number, so that one should stay as-is till proof for it arises.

The update that added the details regarding exits 0A-B was made on November 12, 2019, which is well after the GSV date of December 2018.

Although...the list may be incorrect regarding the Alameda Parkway exit - that used to be 2 on the Wiki page but was changed to 1C on October 4, after May 2019 GSV imagery still showed it as exit 2. Might be worth consulting somebody familiar with the area.

There's also this by the same person. Methinks it's an eejit applying rules without regard for what's actually posted in the real world.

It would be nice to get local confirmation, especially since it looks like they redid the I-25 interchange after StreetView went through (so if there's any exit numbers there they're not visible at the moment). I'd rather trust StreetView/someone driving the route over Wikipedia in the first place.

Of course, I hit up the entire route (CO 470 and E-470) in August except the US 6 terminus, so I can't confirm. The guide signs for US after I-70 do not have an exit tab.

But...the other exit numbers seem to be correct. I'd leave it as-is, and ignore the Exit 0 until there's better proof.
