All changes local for now.

GA15_S: Moved

GA86_E: Looks like this was already done; swapped GA86_E to primary and ChiLn to AltLabel
+X011: Moved and renamed to GreMillRd

US1BusWas_N: Renamed to GA4BusWad_N (Ditto here)
LFBriAPRd: Renamed to CamRd
SteMatRd: Renamed to WooDr

GA 4 Bus Wad:
GA4_S: Moved

GA 5:

GA3ConAtl is a waypoint on US19-41/GA 3 files but does not have its own .wpt file.  It is Tara Blvd between I-75(235) and US 19/41.  Note as far as I can tell there are no GA 3 CONN postings but it is on an inset of the 2013 Clayton County Map.

GA 4: add a point between US1/23Bus and +X004 (out of shape), suggest Dixie Union Rd?; JamRd point should be moved to Corinth Church Rd (out of shape segment)?; GA15_S point is off?; need a point between MainSt and LenRd (out of shape), suggest DunnsLake or Wayne Jones Rd?; GA130 is very far off; move +X006 to 5PointsRd?; US 1/GA 4 has a new bypass of Oak Park and therefore the GA86_E and GA46/86 points need to be moved to HarringtonRd and the new GA 46/86 jct respectively; move +X011 to either Greens Old Mill Rd or Wadley Coleman Lake Rd?; US1BusWad_S is very far off (same with the US1Bus/GA4Bus files); LFBriAPRd->CamRd?; SteMatRd->WooAcaRd?;

GA 5: StaRd->StaPoiRd?; move +X002 to Old5NotchRd?; Move +X004 to GilesRd?; Move +X005 to BrightStarRd?; AusPSRd->LoveRd?; move +X007 to WestsideDr?; Delete or move +X008 to GarrisonRd?

GA 6: move +X013 to enonRd?

GA6BusRoc: EuhSt->MLKAve?

Oh, this thing (Github) is going to kill me.

I changed 10 files locally (GA1 through GA6, plus some bannered routes). I committed the change locally. I thought I had fetched origin this morning before I started on this, but it apparently failed. So when I fetch it now, I have my commit of 10 files, and a merge commit of 3400 or so files. And it won't let me push them.

What step am I missing?

GA 7: KinBrgRd->CenAve?; GA32_E point is off (could also be merged with the 32Con point which is not signed as such); 11thSt_S ->JoeWriDr?; 6thSt is not at 6th St...a few choices of what to call it; I-75BusCor_N->FarMarRd?  I-75Bus not posted from anywhere that I could find...?; move +006 to LibChuRd?; move +X010 to CloLakeRd?; SugHillRd is not a road...change to +X point?; move +X011 to OldUS41?;

GA 10BusWas: LinCir moved to 3rd St? (connects to US 78);

These and many other Georgia state routes are largely concurrent with US routes. GA 4 in particular is concurrent with US 1, and at its south end US 23 and/or US 301, except for a short non-concurrent segment in Augusta. Are the changes you're making also being made to the concurrent routes, so that GA 4 stays in synch with those routes?

I will be making those changes. They aren't in the current pull request; I wanted to make sure I knew what I was doing (with the preview system) before I committed those changes in an active system.

It seems that you've managed it now? There is a pull request without conflicts and only 15 files changed: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/2484

This system has been in preview for over 19 months.  Is it awaiting further review before activation?
Per some discussions elsewhere, I've offered to pick up the system. I'm looking over the issues and working my way through things (trying to learn some of it, too.  ;) ).

Is there anyone more experienced who can check that the changes are fine?

I could but I'm not very familar with US stuff... The very first pull does only contain usaga files and no files from active systems though.

@Eth: Not too far out of the way for you, is it?

Nah, only about 40 minutes or so away, though I rarely have reason to be in that area. I'll probably go pick it up someday along with the parts of GA 61 and 101 over there that I need.

WestRomeByp: Renamed to GA1Lp_S (I need to figure out if this is one route with the north/east Ga1Lp or a separate route)

I'm pretty sure they're eventually intended to be one route. Currently, though, per GIS shapefiles, this one is officially shown as SR 746 (though not signed as that, obviously), while the other one is the expected 1LO, with the two routes having separate mile markers.

All changes local for now.

GA3ConAtl To be investigated

GA3ConAtl is a waypoint on US19-41/GA 3 files but does not have its own .wpt file.  It is Tara Blvd between I-75(235) and US 19/41.  Note as far as I can tell there are no GA 3 CONN postings but it is on an inset of the 2013 Clayton County Map.

Tara Blvd is still officially 3CO according to the shapefiles, though to my knowledge this number has never been signed, so I'd probably not reference it. (Also, GA3ConAtl is already a route in the HB in downtown Atlanta, concurrent with US29.)

Correct. I had failed to make a fork. But I'm up and running now.

My plan is to make the US highway changes locally, but not to submit them with the GA route changes. I'll push all of those in one batch at the end.

My observations from last July: US 19/US 129/GA 11 have been relocated to the Glen Gooch Bypass east of the downtown then west along US 76/GA 515 back west to Murphy Hwy where US 19/129/GA 11 return to their routing head north.  There are no highway signs through the downtown streets (Cleveland St or Blue Ridge St) including US 129 Truck, which appears to be no more. Most all signage on US 76/GA 515 appears to have been replaced somewhat recently as part of the process of moving US 19/US 129/GA 11 to US 76 and the Gooch Bypass.

P.S. changes to US 19 and 129 files and deletion of US 129 Truck needs to be done as well.

All changes local for now. I probably won't get a chance to look at this again until Friday.

GA 11:
ShoeFacRd: Renamed to CleSt
Rerouted GA11 around east side of Blairsville. Need to check if anything still follows Cleveland St.

Rerouted GA11 around east side of Blairsville. Need to check if anything still follows Cleveland St.

Again looking at the GIS shapefile (available from here), GA11 is routed on the bypass around the west side of Gray along with US129; former GA11 through Gray is no longer on the state highway system.

Cleveland St in Blairsville also appears to no longer be on the state highway system.
