PA 44 in NY

The main question I have is whether it is mine or yakra's decision to put it in.  From what I understand, it would be a usapa route in NY so I am unsure whose responsibility it would technically be.

A bit of a gray area, innit. My POV is that the maintainer of a given state is in charge of its associated state route set, in all regions. EG, Oscar maintains usanm in TX, even though I'm listed as maintaining TX. If you want to add NY PA44, that's fine by me.

Ok I'll go ahead and take care of it.

I can see either way, but if it were to be included, PA 434 at NY 97 and NY 55 should also be included, since the signage is similar.

This topic will not be considered solved until I do this one though.

Included both PA 434 and PA 44 in NY.

I am looking at including PA 434 in my route to the Kingston meet next month so I can say that I have seen both of these.

It seems to happen when any 'state' route doesn't match the state it's in.  Happens with the small segment of WV-46 that's in MD too.
