Ha, I was staring at this out the window of an airplane as I was leaving PHX last... Thursday, and determined from that view that it was not open yet. Missed it by a day it looks like!

Will address.

EDIT: extension to Williams Field has been addressed, thread moved to Outlook forum since there is further extension still under construction
