ARE M5 has are.m005;X915001;;;LABEL_LOOKS_HIDDEN; marked as FP, which surely isn't right... o_O
Looks to be Exit 45 per OSM.
Also, M5 does not appear to have a unique exit numbering system based on its own designation (http://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/wayptlabels.php), so the "Waypoint labels for multiplexes" nomenclature would apply in this case (are.m007.wpt appears similarly affected).

There are also numerous new interchanges west of E30, including some that are relocations from what look like older at-grade junctions.
