Title: UT: UT 137 spur to Mayfield

UT 137 has a spur segment into downtown Mayfield that's not included in TM right now, as per the online interactive highway reference map (https://maps.udot.utah.gov/uplan_data/documents/HRO/) and the SR-137 PDF reference sheet (https://www.udot.utah.gov/main/uconowner.gf?n=15519727285701280).

And it is indeed signed: there's an END sign (https://goo.gl/maps/NTkuDZW13CF2) and a reassurance marker (https://goo.gl/maps/gTrhRyqYU2D2) at the south end.
