Umarking as solved as I found a couple label errors on VA 143 TRUCK.
1. The VA 143 labels should be E and W (https://www.google.com/maps/@37.0233384,-76.3278001,3a,75y,130.71h,93.21t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sh4IaHtYDL_3JGx5S5n-ofQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) instead of S and N.
2. US258_W should be US258_S (https://www.google.com/maps/@37.0256789,-76.3226753,3a,75y,36.48h,99.43t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s1BBv4T5JPgqfppoMuTF9Kw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192).
