Note to Jeff M.: I'm unhiding X08 on US 6 and renaming as BriRd, since I just used it to access I-80 Exit 116.

That is a good point to add. I wonder if that exit is more recent (for why it wasn't active already).

The US 6 listing, though, already has a "BriSt" in Joliet. Is that going to be too confusing? Unfortunately, the only other name option I see is CR3000.

I noticed the BriSt and considered looking for another name, but I think we have many situations where our rules give us near conflicts.

I don't think BriSt vs. BriRd should be an issue.
They aren't identical; they don't cause a conflict.
