Title: MD: US 40 Corridor (I-895 to MD 152)
Post by: Markkos1992 on December 27, 2020, 09:10:49 pm
1.  Based on the manual, I would argue that both MD 151 and US 40 should have graph connections with I-895.
Quote
Double half interchanges: Usually use one central point and treat both halves as a single, full interchange. Exceptions: a clear gap of at least 0.5 mi/0.8 km separates the two halves, or each half connects to a different highway that we are also mapping.
2.  I think that the MD7Bal_W point should be relabeled to MD7_W or MD7Whi_W.  Also this point needs to be synced with MD7Whi's US40 point.
3.  I would look into changing the shaping point between MD 700 and MD 152 into one or two visible points.

Agreed totally on the first two points.

The third... is not out of line with policy as is, but sure, I'll go ahead and put a visible point at Joppa Farm Rd and kill the shaping point. That works.
