Title: IN: IN 750 bypass in North Vernon completed

I drove through there earlier today. The semi-circular IN 750 North Vernon bypass has been extended east of IN 3 (where the HB now has it) to reconnect to US 50 east of North Vernon, as shown in OSM/Mapnik.

AIUI, there are plans to move US 50 to the bypass, and convert the old route through North Vernon to Business US 50. The signage I saw indicates that changeover hasn't happened yet.

OK, I'll add the new segment as part of IN750 for now.
