So I am working on lining up south end of the US 13/DE 9 concurrency despite the ramp that DE 9 SB traffic must use. Basically, I am eliminating the DE9 point on US 13 and the US13 point on DE 9 and moving DE9_S and US13_S to the same location in the middle of south end of the one-way split on US 13.
Current:
US 13:
DE9 http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=39.725541&lon=-75.546584
DE9_S http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=39.731119&lon=-75.542593
DE 9:
US13 http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=39.725132&lon=-75.544020
US13_S http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=39.731119&lon=-75.542593
New:
US 13:
DE9_S http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=39.726754&lon=-75.544615
DE 9:
US13_S http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=39.726754&lon=-75.544615
