KY: KY 154 at US 27

It looks like KY 154 was relocated at US 27 when US 27 was widened to four lanes between 2009 and 2013.

Thank you.  I was unsure how major you would have considered it.

KY 154:  I would argue that OldPeaGroRd violates the "too many words" rule.  (https://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/wayptlabels.php#truncate).
