Title: NC: US 70 and NC 101 Points

US 70: I would argue that NC101_W and NC101_E should be switched; however, they are in-use so this would break list files.

NC 101: 
1. US70 should be US70_E.
2. US70Bus should be LiveOakSt (https://www.google.com/maps/@34.7249941,-76.6466021,3a,37.5y,148.19h,85.49t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1s6rPzaVHagcTmGC6St-rd6A!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo0.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3D6rPzaVHagcTmGC6St-rd6A%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D344.4181%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656).

Left US 70 alone here.

Did not change US 70 to US 70_E on the NC 101 file because it is an alt name for Live Oak St.

I did restore LiveOakSt as the shown waypoint name
