Title: SD: broken concurrency in Pierre

US 14 Truck & US 83 Truck both have a point at HarAve_S that SD 34 does not have.

And just to throw my two cents in as someone who's spent way too much time in Pierre, keeping the point on 34 makes more sense than axing it on the truck routes, since Harrison is a cut-off to the "big box store" district.

Looking at Mapview, it is not fixed as of this morning.

It is fixed now.  I remember seeing that the file was sent, but I forgot to clarify until now.
