ODOT transferred SE 82nd Ave to PBOT's control at the beginning of the month.
At the moment, I don't think anything should be done, as OR 213 shields are still present along 82nd within Portland and on overhead street signs at major intersections, and treat this as a similar situation to OR 8 along Gales Creek Rd west of Forest Grove.
If anything, a point at SE Clatsop St (the dual Portland/Happy Valley and Multnomah/Clackamas County line) could be considered.

The city will take over seven miles of road stretching from Northeast Killingsworth Street in the Cully neighborhood to Southeast Clatsop Street in the Lents neighborhood.

On the ground signage for OR 213 remains. No changes needed.
