NC: NC 119 Mebane Relocation

Based on this article, it looks like the Mebane Bypass will open sometime this summer.

However, I recommend adding a point at 5thSt now based on this article from earlier in the week (confirmed from what I see in OSM).

Other unrelated revisions I recommend further north:
1.  Adding visible points at Lynch Store Rd (LynStoRd), Dickey Mill Rd (DicMillRd), Pleasant Grove Union School Rd (PleGroRd), Huffines Rd (HufRd), and Rascoe Dameron Rd (RasDamRd) for shaping purposes.
2.  The shaping point northeast of NC 86 should be replaced with a visible point at Griers Church Rd (GriChuRd).

It looks like some of the relocation at the northern end has been done. It does not seem to be fully open quite yet.

Hopefully, this is a sign that the bypass will open soon.

The project website states that this will now open in Summer 2022.
