At minimum: Point should be added at National Ave (access to the Plaza from the west end); verify if route doesn't extend along Mills back to I-25BL as OSM suggests. Spotty in-field signage for Las Vegas.

At minimum: Point should be added at National Ave (access to the Plaza from the west end); verify if route doesn't extend along Mills back to I-25BL as OSM suggests. Spotty in-field signage for Las Vegas.

As with former NM 72 in downtown Raton, Mills Ave, was transferred from the state route system to city of Las Vegas jurisdiction in the 1990s.

Added a NatAve point in my local copy, to pull in next time I make a pull request.
