The new alignment has been opened. (https://www.wymt.com/2022/02/24/major-improvements-made-ky-30-owsley-jackson-counties/)  However, OSM is showing KY 3630 for the old KY 30 alignments, and it is unclear how accessible the old KY 30 route is at the moment.

Looking briefly at the KY list, this change makes KY 3630 the longest 3xxx route by far.  The closest I saw was KY 3109 at 10.75 miles.

KY3376 clocks in at 12.3913. KY3109 is in 3rd place.
