Notes:- Most of these systems are small
- Territorial Roads are the equivalent of National Roads, but in territories
- The DOM-TOMs have their own systems and their own ISO 3116-1 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-3) (for countries) code.
- Guadeloupe, for historical reasons, shares a numbering system with St Martin, but they are different regions with country codes
- Corsica doesn't have it's own ISO 3116-1 code. FRH is an adapation of the ISO 3116-2 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2) (for subdivisions) code for the region/territory (FR-H)

For St Pierre & Miquelon N3, add a point at Rue de Iles de la Madeleine and Rue Sourdeval/Rue Victor Briand as that's a transition intersection?
