Title: NJ: NJ 42 Point Changes

1.  It looks like the 11 label should be changed to 12A (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.827941,-75.0857865,3a,75y,326.58h,99.99t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sIshJqb71hbhyyZqwgciNDw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).
2.  A point should be added at Exit 7B (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.7891511,-75.0494251,3a,75y,178.28h,90.21t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sHaEs79RSz-rpXf0w1-XqSQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).

"11" & 12 are double half interchanges, < 0.5 mi apart. Merging into a single point.
