Would recommend two points be added to the route.
1) Church Road (http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=40.626235&lon=-80.056080). Why? Before the construction* of North Chapel Drive on the other side of US-19, Church Road WAS the main connection to US-19 for both directions. Plus, they recently added a traffic light there (upgraded from 4-way Stop signs), and it still provides the most used access to SB US-19 there.
2) Pearce Mill Road (http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=40.628077&lon=-80.023963). Why? Major connection down into North Park.

After seeing this (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.6258396,-80.0571795,3a,75y,121.66h,88.76t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1soRL8fP5drMpV9-TqXzl0ew!2e0!5s20190701T000000!7i16384!8i8192), I should have had Church Rd to begin with.

Another little tidbit, but Church Road served as US-19 SB for awhile when they reconstructed the US-19 bridge over PA-910 in the 00's. They kept NB US-19 up on bridge while they rebuilt one side at a time. Was an easy way for PennDOT to keep 2 lanes for each direction back then.

That makes sense. My main issue here was that I could not justify the previous graph connection between US 19 and PA 910 (removed in https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/2411).
