Title: LVA: Point request for P131

I haven't been on the site in a while due to COVID, but I noticed today that more Latvia highways were added. Awesome, thanks!

I was wondering if a point could be added to P131 here: 57.26163996852978, 23.17168742054507. This is the national park entrance for Lake Engure Nature Park ("Engures Ezers" in Latvian).
