Traveler Stat Rankings

It'd be great if the traveler statistics page could be customized so you could tailor the rankings by system and/or region through drop-downs or whatnot.

Been playing around with the csv files, but I've got a couple more friends who are considering utilizing the site and it'd be great to see how we're doing against each other in more categories than just overall mileage on all systems.

Also realize that there's still a whole lot else going on data-wise that is a lot more important than this.  I suppose consider it a suggestion to be tabled, that's all (probably already is).

There is a breakdown for all travelers by region, on the bottom of the region.php page:

A more intuitive option would be to have its own separate page as on CHM, but hey, better here than nowhere.

There's no corresponding breakdown for all travelers on a given system on system.php though.
