Title: DEU-NW: B265/L92/L183 in Hürth

From 2021-04-01, L183 north of B265 will end at today's K2 junction (Effener Straße). L92 between their K2 junction (also Effener Straße) to B265 will be downgraded and K2 to L183 dedicated as L92. The former L183 between K2 and K25 will be L92 and K25 to L103 will also be dedicated as L92.

The changes are due to a new bypass which will be opened on Monday 2021-03-01: https://www.strassen.nrw.de/de/presse/meldungen/meldung/b265n-neubau-der-ortsumgehung-huerth-hermuelheim-bringt-dem-ortskern-entlastung.html

I think I'll make all changes with the road opening.
