Title: CO: US 6 relocation in Wiggins?
Post by: the_spui_ninja on July 29, 2020, 01:19:13 am
So I found the Colorado Highway Data Explorer: https://dtdapps.coloradodot.info/otis/HighwayData (https://dtdapps.coloradodot.info/otis/HighwayData)

Apart from all the weird service road sections signed as mainline US highways (6 in Glenwood Springs, 24 east of Burlington), I noticed that CDOT's official database has US 6 leaving I-76 and going through Wiggins. I did some digging but couldn't find any signage, but it's not like that section of US 6 is signed anyway. Thoughts? I'm not entirely sure what I should do here (thanks Colorado for being weird).

I was just up there and didn't see any signs (although I wasn't really looking either).

Yeah, I'm leaning towards not doing anything with this; no one would know to take the exit and go through town.
