Title: OH: OH 231/OH 67 broken concurrency

Broken concurrency with OH 231 and OH 67 south of Tiffin. OH 67 has a hidden shaping point that is not part of OH 231.

Easiest fix would be to delete the shaping point on OH 67 between waypoints OH103/231 and OH231_N.
