GEO: AH81 in Tbilisi

The 2017 log shows AH81 along 34 miles of "S6/E117" from "Tbilisi (Bypass)" to Marneuli. In the AH6 listing, "Tbilisi (Bypass)" is the south end of the bypass, and the distance through town (57 km) is way too long for our route. So AH81, instead of using S4 thru Tbilisi, takes the bypass with AH6 and then turns north on S4 to reach S6.
