Title: WV: WV 112 Minor Point Error near Ingleside

The point on WV 112 (http://tm.teresco.org/hb/?u=markkos1992&r=wv.wv112) at Peggy Branch Rd (https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/37.31290/-81.02699) is labeled as PegBriRd instead of PegBraRd.

The waypoint is also off the junction.

Only up to WV-67 on the overhauls.

Because I forgot about it.  I've fixed it in my local copy and will be uploaded in my next WV update.
