LA: Decommissioned and Truncated Routes

Some LA DOTD Road Transfer Program maps were recently updated.

LA 1059 has been decommissioned:

Former eastern terminus
Former western terminus

LA 1248 has been decommissioned, even though it still appears on the BGS on I-10.

Former terminus at LA 30
Signs are gone at former LA 42
At Perkins Rd.
At I-10

LA 42 has been truncated from LA 327 Spur to Perkins Rd:

Signs removed at LA 327 Spur
At former LA 1248
At LA 3246
At Perkins Rd.

The DOTD map shows it as still existent starting at Perkins, but I don't see any signs until you get to the section of Perkins on the north side of I-10:  Sign
