Title: Moldova Magistrale (mdam)

I've reviewed the system (http://tm.teresco.org/hb/index.php?sys=mdam).

I think there are 3 road categories, M, R and L. I don't know if they are signed because GSV is not available for Moldova.
However, M is the tier 4 system and R is a potential tier 5 system.

L road numbering is not used for wps at M1, M3 and M21 but for M2, M4 and M14. Should be identical.


M2:
L107 wp is off the track
+X474989 should be replaced by a wp CalBal


M3+M3Chi:
According to OSM, they should be merged. First M3 segment is R26


M4:

Done all this, and removed 'L' roads (though I think they might be signed, it was easier to get rid than to add).

I'm looking to activate this, along with several other systems, later this week - any issues with that?
