Title: NC: NC 160 (and NC 49) Point Concerns

It looks like DixRd is not applicable on NC 160 because there seems to have been a realignment here at some point.

Also BilGraPky should be changed to BilGraPkwy on both NC 160 and NC 49.

Looks like about 2011 on the realignment...

I think an updates entry should have been made for the realignment of NC 160 between ByrDr and YorRd.

Also I did not catch these for NC 160 earlier:

I-485(4)>-I-485
I-77(9A)>-I-77
