Title: MO: I-55 BL (Cape Girardeau)

Important:  I-55BL should have a graph connection with I-55, US 61, and MO 74 at I-55(Exit 93).

Minor:  SoExpy should be SouExpy.  (also affects US 61)

Looking at the Github submission (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/commit/1f2d6e2e0a7e3e962ff34c06f87f51792e5c3df8), it looks like you did the minor one.

How about I resubmit all three routes involved? Hopefully that will put everything in the right place. I'll double-check each before doing that.

Update: Looks like the BL file did not get the universal I-55 point.
