Title: FL: Requesting a few Florida points

These are all places I turned today.
US 41 at KinHwy (south of EdgDr)
US 98 at APCutRd (halfway between LakHenRd, which should be LakeHenRd, and RhoRd)
FL 62 at DueRd (east of FL37)
FL 64 at DueRd (east of WauRd)

Edit: "FL:" added to subject

1) I can see a reason to add this, due to 'I-75' signage here (https://goo.gl/maps/AbkkAWP8LphUz82o8).  However, going to add it as 'CR769' due to seeing signage in the area for that CR being posted, even though signs are missing at US-41 itself.

2) Added, and fixed 'LakeHenRd' label.

3/4) Yeah, I can see that it's the only thru road for quite some distance between the two state routes in that area.  So, added to both.
