Title: NC: NC 2 Point Concerns

1.  AzaRd should be AzaRd_W (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.192991,-79.4701751,3a,75y,5.2h,87.82t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sh98hTEknkvvF_EoUXVQYtg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) and recentered.
2.  The hidden shaping points southwest of US 15/US 501/NC 211 should be replaced with visible points at Village Green Rd (VilGreRd) (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.1922418,-79.4665732,3a,75y,177.33h,86.6t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sO8Z-z06exXfcIunN2yaY9g!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) and Kelly Rd (KelRd) (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.1975022,-79.4618477,3a,75y,31.04h,86.78t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sOqt6FnpB5Z1YGN6Il4nVWQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) respectively.
3.  NC22 should be centered onto the new roundabout.
