Title: NC: US 74 Rockingham Bypass Exit Numbers

Keeping this separate to give easy jurisdiction to not move forward if we do not want to do it due to ongoing I-73/I-74 construction that I presume will make these exit numbers irrelevant sooner rather than later

If this is done, I-73FutRoc and I-74FutRoc should be updated as well....

I would say no, since those exit numbers aren't for those routes.  Case in point, the 'Future' I-74 segment that's on US-52 north of Winston-Salem.  It kept the name labels, while US-52 went to exit numbers.
