Title: KY: KY2175 new route

Driving near Marion, KY, I found that KY2175 is a newly signed route (https://maps.app.goo.gl/KdkHpCKPAfacXTLEA). It was created in 2021, traverses the length of Pippi Hardin Blvd, going "from the junction with US 60 to the end of state maintenance at the cul-de-sac, a distance of 0.654 miles." according to the state logs.
