Title: VA: US 58 BUS(Emporia) SR 611 Points

Even if the SR 611 designation is correct for Broad St (I believe it would be for Davis St (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.6977293,-77.5203647,3a,75y,188.73h,88.48t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1syc3WyTp6aVp1fiRLUJHgJg!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo1.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3Dyc3WyTp6aVp1fiRLUJHgJg%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D291.42914%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656) based on the sign at US 58 if Emporia was not a city),  I believe these points should just be their respective city street names in Emporia (Davis St and Broad or Southampton St).
