FRA-BFC: N57/E23 realignment north of Besançon

N57 was recently moved onto a  new alignment. I don't know the numbering of the old route. Thus, I'll wait a little bit before implementing the change. Affected users: ChrisZwolle cinx tomhart

The old route through Cayenne is a dead-end road now. It's possible that it got no D number.
