This is one instance where I'd be in favor of leaving the name in TM as-is.

^Well, the fact that PennDOT is changing even the overhead signs on I-81 to President Biden Expressway (https://www.wnep.com/article/news/local/lackawanna-county/biden-expressway-sign-work-slows-i-81-traffic/523-3cf4f5b2-6a9b-477a-b7d1-9e8431cdc23e) pretty much forced my hand on this. If they had left that as Central Scranton Expressway, I would be in agreement with you.

I see 26 users have already switched their lists over. How many haven't?

Only Markkos1992 has changed over. The other 25 travelers are credited via the AltRouteName.
This should be PreBidExpy, not PreBidExp. This is the only "Exp" in any system CSV file; the rest all use "Expy", in line with standard USPS abbrev (https://pe.usps.com/text/pub28/28apc_002.htm).

Just when I thought I got off the hook for not having to make any label changes to I-81, US 11, or PA 307. :pan: I will update my list file later to PreBidExpy.
