I was looking at this route recently and was so confused over what its true routing is that I sent an email to someone in PennDOT District 1 today for clarification on its routing.

I will admit that its current route in the HB is correct based on signage in GSV in 2008.  The latest GSV explains why I am confused in and of itself.

I will post further what my plans are regarding this route once I get a response from District 1.

This also agrees with your statement.

RMSSSEG_State_Roads shapefiles show US 62 B on Irvine, connecting just inside the state line. I don't see signage at the western beginning, but do at the Irvine <-> State turn.
The E-W leg, currently in the HB as PA US62BusSha US62_S IrvAve_S, is listed as US 62T. Not signed as a truck route as such, but this explains its ample TO banners.

I resent the email I sent on 5/2/2019 today to District 1.  Their response is that it follows Irvine Ave and State St as yakra mentioned.

I plan to make this change in the HB later this week along with looking at the other Sharon routes and US 62 itself.

The big note about this pull request outside of the US 62 BUS (Sharon) relocation involves PA 418.  PA 418 was previously posted up to US 62 BUS (Sharon) even though it always officially ended at US 62.  All references to PA 418 NB on US 62, and the END Sign on PA 418 at US 62 BUS are gone as of September 2018 on GSV.  There are PA 418 SB shields still on US 62 BUS.  I left PA 418's northern endpoint at US 62.
