Title: GA: GA72 on new road north on Comer

GA 72 has been moved to a newly built bypass north of Comer completing the 4-lane dived highway from Athens to Elberton.  Not sure date of change, but new roadway is visible on Open StreetMap and I drove on new highway last weekend.

Someone else I see posted about this issue and I see it has now been resolved.
