Drove the northern section of WI 83 today, and it appears to end at WI60 in Hartland, instead of at WI 175. There is an "End 83" sign at WI60, and WI60 only signs south 83 from this point. From WI175, the former WI83 it is only signed as CTH R. I haven't been able to find a project reference for this, although the Wikipedia page was modified in 2021 to indicate that WI60 is the northern terminus and WI175 is the former northern terminus.
