Title: Bosnia and Herzegovina: Gradski Autoput Sarajevo

The urban motorway begins at A1 western bypass of Sarajevo and has freeway standard. For that reason, it should be added to eursf system. The first 3.5km are in service since November 2015, the next 1.5km section should be opened "soon" (Late 2016 or a little bit later...).
