I'm not sure about the AH routes, I think the transition waypoint between routes is usually called like the route names?
AH2:
1(BKE) should be renamed to PIE/BKE
AH143:
1(KPE) should be renamed to KPE/MCE
1(MCE) should be renamed to MCE/AYE
