Note to refine waypoint positioning when better base data is available, but for now I'm submitting something based on the path OSM shows with the location of exit 19 approximated based on: https://utahpla.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/SR-7-Extended.jpg

US 89:
Although it isn't perfect (missing exit 19, junction with SR 9 could use some work, etc) it looks like OSM already has a more accurate route shown for the SR 7 extension.
