Routes with the most or fewest drivers

I was looking at my travels in Kentucky the other day and noticed that I am the only driver who has traveled KY99 (total drivers: 1, total clinched: 1). It got me thinking about which routes have either the most drivers or those with the fewest number of drivers. It seems the information is kept in the db.

Is there an easy way to see which routes have the largest number of drivers or those that have the fewest (excluding any routes that have zero drivers)?

This is more of a curiosity than an actual need. I figure, you don't get to learn the answer unless you ask the question.

I-76 in PA has 108 user http://tm.teresco.org/hb/index.php?u=si404&r=pa.i076 I believe this is the highest.
I-95 in MD has 107 http://tm.teresco.org/hb/index.php?u=si404&r=md.i095
NJTP has 100 http://tm.teresco.org/hb/index.php?u=si404&r=nj.njtpk and I've not found any more than these 3 that are in the 100 club in my 'educated guess' look.
