Title: IL: IL 14 eastern end

With the New Harmony bridge closed, IL 14 no longer goes to the IL/IN point. The road now ends at County Road 2250 E.

EDIT: To be a bit more precise, it ends about halfway between 2250E and 2350E. If you look close-up at the satellite version of Google maps, you can see the barrier in the road at that spot. GSV still shows images from 2008 when the bridge was still open.

For the benefit of people who have traveled on the bridge, it would be helpful to include IL/IN as an alternate waypoint name for CR2250E so they don't have to update their lists.
