VA: US 58 Alt missing a point for VA 270

270 has a point at the intersection, but there's no corresponding point in Alt 58's file.

Also the CreRd point nearby should be moved to SR 810 and renamed.

fixed the VA 270 issue; neglected to do the other until after i submitted the updates...will be on the next update package
