Rv833 is a very short route: https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Riksvei_833. It's not signed and not in our HB.
However, the E10 wp is called Rv833. The wp is in use. I recommend renaming the wp but I don't find a good wp name

btw: While drafting norfv system, I usually rename wp names with old "Rv" prefix to the new (since 1st January 2010) "Fv" prefix if the route was downgraded. I hope it's ok.
