Title: NY NY52A

I drove NY 52A today and noticed that Fulton Hill Road no longer connects to NY 52A, as a bridge has been removed. Currently, it is listed as "FulHilRd" in the waypoint list, but there isn't even an intersection at this point with the bridge gone. I'd suggest moving this point to Gabel Rd and renaming accordingly.
